Amy Zane’s gem stone jewelry career began in San Francisco, where she learned the art of jewelry design. It then continued when she moved back home to Kalamazoo, MI (the Midwest’s undiscovered artist mecca) and began to sell her gem stone jewelry to boutiques and galleries throughout the Midwest. Soon she decided to open her own boutique, Fervor, carrying her gem stone jewelry and the art-to-wear creations of local artists. Three years later she would open her second location, a gallery called Amy Zane’s House*Wear, which showcased her gem stone jewelry and fine and funky creations for the home by local artists.
Amy would come to realize, however, that her true passion was in the act of jewelry design. She would soon have to admit that daily retail store ownership demands were rather stifling to the creative spark and spirit, and would close her stores in order to focus on her jewelry.
Amy now has an extensive collection of her jewelry at Earthly Delights in Kalamazoo, and several exceptional galleries and boutiques outside of Kalamazoo are also once again showcasing her gem stone jewelry creations. Amy is expanding her website weekly, so that an excellent selection of Amy Zane jewelry is now available to anyone with the internet and a taste for wearing unusually gorgeous gem stone jewelry.
